Different Methods of Delay Analysis and Selecting Right

Methodology for EOT Claims by Farshad Doust, Arcadis.                        Farshad is a Senior Delay Analyst in Arcadis Contract Solutions. He comes from an

Engineering background with sixteen years’ experience specialised in the preparation

and defence of delay and disruption claims.

Farshad’s experience covers major infrastructure and resource projects including

residential and commercial buildings, roads, railways, bridges, water, power plants,

mining and oil and gas projects in the Middle East, Australia, USA and PNG.

Farshad holds a Master of Construction Law degree from Law Melbourne University

and won the Minter Ellison Lawyers Prize in 2012 for his paper on “Risks Associated

with Extension of Time Claims”. He is also a Fellow of Chartered Institute of

Arbitrators.

He is currently the Head of Delay Analysis and Project Controls for Arcadis, Qatar.
